We believe strategy is a creative, innovative AND analytical process. We design and run strategic planning development locally and globally. Whether you’re looking to improve your planning processes and capabilities, or looking for a one-off helping hand, we can work with you.
Process and service delivery improvement
Using best practice models we assist in reviewing existing processes to identify cost and/or efficiency improvement. We can design an insight-based operating model to govern the new or improved process. We focus on team alignment, designing engagement frameworks, implementing those with the teams, and follow-up measurement of success/top-up programs.
Building capability
We have experience creating strategic capability plans, identifying needs and designing and running training programs to address those gaps in the short to medium term. At the core of these programs is design thinking methodology, supported by a creative behaviours and skills framework.
